Character Overview

Dr. Grace Halloway (played by Daphne Ashbrook) made her one and only appearance in the 1996 Doctor Who TV movie, a project that tried to resurrect the series for American audiences and instead taught us all the valuable lesson that Eric Roberts should never be allowed near Gallifreyan costumes.

(To her credit, she handled “the world is ending and the Master is wearing goth contact lenses” with remarkable composure.)

She also managed to do something few companions have ever done: kiss the Doctor. Not once, but twice. The fandom went into meltdown, clutching pearls and muttering about the sanctity
